So excited to try this tomorrow. I have old golden raisins or dates I could chop to raisin size to pickle. What do you think?

Nice ! Both sound good, but if you choose to use dates, even chopped, I think you'll have to pickle them for longer Xx

Made this for dinner just for the family tonight & the husband loved it. We had it with steak and the combo was a whole “steak sandwich” in a salad vibe. Stoked. So impressive & brilliant, complex flavours but done so simply
